Supporting young people at risk of becoming NEET (not in education, employment or training) into employment and skills.
North Birkenhead Cradle to Career

Putting the people of North Birkenhead at the heart of education, services and local decision-making.
Central Great Yarmouth

Place Programme that aims to improve the educational and social environment of children and young people to prevent violent crime
Raising Rochdale

Focused on building a collaborative approach to Inclusion to enable success in education. Alongside, aiming to improve literacy, across both Primary and Secondary schools in the area.
Northwood – Cradle to Career

A community-led approach that aims to create more support for young people getting into education, employment or training when they leave school. Also, developing a local youth offer that’s informed by young people and provide more support for vulnerable families.
Halton Lea – Cradle to Career

Working with the community, our ambition is to strengthen collective working practices to improve the systems that support children, young people and their families in Halton Lea.
